Is SainikTown.com a real estate broker?
No. SainikTown.com is a welfare-driven facilitation platform. It connects buyers and sellers directly and provides legal verification support but does not act as a traditional commission-driven property broker.

Are all properties legally verified?
Yes. Only properties with basic legal authorization, clean title deeds, and proper statutory approvals (RERA/Master Plan) are listed. Properties without verified approvals are rejected.
What types of properties are available?
Residential plots, independent duplex villas, flats & high-rise apartments, and commercial retail spaces that are market-ready and legally compliant.
Why are prices lower than the market?
Properties are offered at soldier-friendly discounted prices due to direct institutional developer tie-ups, zero brokerage markups, and welfare-subsidized pricing.

Yes. SainikTown.com offers pan-India property options in 250+ locations, making it suitable for serving personnel on border duty and retirees planning their hometown settlement.
Will SainikTown help me during the purchase and registry process?
Yes. Our dedicated field officers and helpline team guide you through virtual property inspection, developer coordination, bank loan processing, and registration documentation.
3. Soldier Seller FAQs
Can soldiers list their own property for sale?
Yes. Members of the Soldiers’ Community can upload and list their authorized property for sale or rent on SainikTown.com.
What documents are required to list a property?
Basic ownership documents (Registry deed/Allotment letter), possession certificate, clear photos, and soldier ID credentials for welfare authorization.
Is there any fee to list a property?
Basic property listing for the Soldiers’ Community is completely free of cost.
